Notice to BitMEX HK Users and Residents of Hong Kong S.A.R.

On 30 April 2024, we are restricting access to users who are residents of Hong Kong S.A.R. – Hong Kong residents seeking to register on BitMEX HK will not be permitted to register or trade. Hong Kong residents will continue to be unable to register or trade on BitMEX’s global platform. Any unfulfilled order for spot pairs will be cancelled, and Hong Kong resident users cannot place any new orders. For the avoidance of doubt, the above changes only apply to Hong Kong residents using the BitMEX HK mobile app and have no impact on other BitMEX users.
