“The SEC issued its preliminary view (a so-called “Wells Notice”) to Bittrex Global less than a month ago without any prior contact whatsoever with Bittrex Global. “Bittrex Global was willing to work productively with the SEC — as we do with all regulators — to explain our position. “The SEC told us that they had reached their preliminary conclusion without making any contact with Bittrex Global at all. Bittrex Global will instead have to explain and defend ourselves in court. There will be no changes in the services that Bittrex Global provides.
