As a Workplace Operations Specialist is an operationally-minded, friendly, and detail-oriented Workplace Specialist who will work closely with the Real Estate/Workplace Team to maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming office space.

What you'll do
  • Running various company programs and operations to ensure a seamless day- to-day experience (e.g. onboarding new hires, food, snacks, commuter perks, yoga, swag, etc.)
  • Managing multiple vendors, scheduling meetings/repairs as necessary, and regularly reviewing their value add to Robinhood
  • Taking ownership of space planning, desk assignments, and project managing frequent team shuffles
  • Representing Robinhood culture and keeping morale high by helping plan, coordinate, and execute various company events
  • Working with Physical Security to ensure procedures and deliverables prioritize the safety of all Robinhood employees
  • Partnering closely with Procurement to ensure that quotes and new vendors are accurately onboarded, while pushing through proposals as necessary to ensure timelines are met
  • Performing ad hoc office errands as assigned (e.g. picking up supplies at the store, getting materials printed, etc.)
  • What you bring
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or operational role in a fast- paced corporate environment
  • Experience in change management, administration, and vendor management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working autonomously, and navigate ambiguity with ease
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and emotional intelligence
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build rapport with internal and external partners
  • Excellent problem solving skills, with an ability to recognize opportunities and develop ways of addressing them
  • Ability to lift at least 20 lbs

  • Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood's equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

    $85,000—$100,000 USD

    Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)

    $75,000—$88,000 USD

    Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL)

    $66,000—$78,000 USD
