About the team:

The preferred location for this position is in or around Robinhood's offices in Westlake, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Denver, CO; or Chicago, IL, with in-office work capabilities (as may be required by management); but, remote work in limited geographies within the U.S. may be considered. We're looking for a Workforce Planning Partner to lead our enterprise-wide headcount management and workforce planning operations. Focusing on the continued development and improvement of our operations, systems, processes, and tools, you'll spearhead an extremely impactful cross-functional body of work. What you'll do day-to-day:
  • Lead enterprise-wide headcount management at Robinhood, ensuring we have accurate headcount data and budgets to drive world-class workforce planning
  • Implement and iterate on a headcount management system that will serve as our source of truth for all things headcount
  • In close partnership with finance, ensure ongoing headcount budget alignment and scalable processes for ongoing reconciliation; build a closed headcount system to account for all movements in and out of said system
  • Work closely with talent acquisition, finance, HR Systems, and others to ensure our processes and systems work harmoniously
  • Create and update extensive documentation of process flows, how-to documents, and internal customer-facing wikis
  • Proactively seek feedback from across the organization to understand what's working, what's not, and where we need to go in the future
  • Drive our data audit program and collaborate on several reporting work streams that help our workforce planning partners provide actionable insights to the business
  • Lead additional high-priority projects for the Workforce Planning team, leveraging your internal relationships and robust knowledge of our systems
  • About you:
  • Extensive knowledge of headcount and position management, people operations and/or recruiting operations
  • Proven track record of solving complex business problems by finding process efficiencies and systems solutions
  • Experience implementing sophisticated, interconnected internal systems
  • Understanding of data structures, people data reporting, and auditing programs
  • Ability to clearly communicate significant change, understanding when and how to disseminate information across the organization
  • Energized by the idea of building out a new and growing function, solving immediate problems, and working toward long-term goals
  • Bonus points:
  • Experience with Workday
  • Workforce planning experience at a fast-growing company
  • HRIS implementation background
  • Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.
