Job Description

The North America Core Experiences Web Lead is a member of Ford Pro's Digital & UX group within the Marketing team.

The Core Experiences team will be responsible for the standup and sustainment of foundational and evergreen experiences and overall web marketing on fordpro.com. Through partnership with the integrated marketing team, go-to- market team, Content Strategy, and business stakeholders, this lead will drive the roadmap for Pillar expansion on the site, new experience deployments, and ensure that unified experiences evolve in alignment with business priorities. This position will be the business point of contact for day-to-day site content management and will have oversight of the unauthenticated experience (Storefront) for US, Canada, and Mexico sites. Core responsibilities include project management and site maintenance, leading prioritization efforts for all strategic enhancements and site updates driven by stakeholders, serving as the web marketing point of view owner in cross-functional workstreams, continuous monitoring and optimization of pillar performance (internal KPIs vs. competition), and managing the overall delivery of the planned sitemap.

This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, sales teams, product owners, technology teams, analytics team, and other marketing functions for various offerings including, but not limited to Vehicles, Software, Charging, Finance and Service.

Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Manage and maintain unauthenticated website content and experience (includes new deployments and regular optimizations)
  • Serve the internal business partner teams as the key point of contact for update requests and as a strategic partner to translate business needs into a web presence
  • Manage the new request intake process from receipt to delivery
  • Support site & functional testing/validation (for both launch and regular releases) to aid in identifying errors or defects not covered by the test team responsibilities (ie. copy accuracy, functional process and data accuracy)
  • Partner with the relevant Ford Pro Product Line Managers to ensure timely delivery of identified solutions into the market
  • Partner with the integrated marketing team to determine strategies to elevate promotions, programs, brand messaging and any other critical messages on site
  • Ongoing competitive assessment and benchmarking of digital best practices
  • Support the Vehicle update and product launch process in partnership with product marketing/brand managers
  • Partner with Ford Pro Global digital team to ensure consistency and alignment of global launches
  • Monitor and execute multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by proactively identifying problems and solutions
  • Engage with legal, compliance, and other relevant parties to gain any required legal approvals or direction
  • Qualifications

    You'll have

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years Working experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and/or integrated marketing
  • Even better, you may have

  • Strong project management, problem-solving, verbal/written communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross- functional team
  • Passion for building relationships and proactive communication
  • Experience with people management and guiding direct reports in daily priorities
  • Motivated and strong detail-oriented approach
  • Understanding of quantitative and qualitative measurement frameworks and KPIs for digital marketing
  • User centricity, balanced with meeting business objectives
  • Process-oriented mindset with an eye for potential efficiencies
  • Data analytics-oriented - Ability to drive KPIs/data analytics in all decision making
