We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to support the exciting set up and growth in this region.

This role is required to be highly versatile covering a wide range Administrative duties, fostering a supportive and approachable mindset to provide for our employees' needs so they can do their best work. You will also aid with some HR and Finance related tasks.
You must be able to react quickly to change, be able to make good decisions when facing uncertainty and have a keen ability to solve problems as they arise.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for all BUs, including managing office suppliers and keeping an inventory of stock, catering orders for employees and on-site meetings, as needed, meeting scheduling, conference room service, travel bookings, courier logistics, managing company documentation (outgoing, incoming emails, invoices, etc.) and executing other operational and clerical tasks.
Assist in organizing employee events and activities, including annual dinners, team building, and anniversary celebrations.
Support and coordinate office renovation and relocation, as well as premise maintenance.
Cooperate with all required vendors, the landlord (or building management), and internal functions to ensure smooth workflow and issues resolution; resolves day-to-day matters on site.
Being the first POC for Admin-related requests logged, ensuring the SLAs and high-resolution standards are always met.
Assist in creating standards for Admin and Office Services, optimizing corporate policies and proceedings, developing and implementing admin and facilities projects and activities, and communicating them according to the plan.
Deliver global and local initiatives within agreed parameters, providing best-practice guidanceFully follows internal finance processes, manages the documentation workflow (e.g., invoices), and executes given budget.
Support company onboarding/offboarding processes and required equipment delivery.
Support non-UK-based employees when needed/requested.
Execute the Physical Security and EHS Policies and Standards locally.
Execute the global standards for Asset and Inventory Management.
Take ownership of all Admin work/tasks delegated.
Requirements:
Minimum 1+ years of general office administration experience, ideally in a Tech StartUp environment.
Fluent English is mandatory.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Well organized, accountable with attention to detail, hardworking, and a quick learner.
Can-do attitude, open-minded and approachable personality for understanding and supporting employees' needs.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Ability to handle multi-tasks under pressure.
Ability to commence on short notice is highly desirable.
