Our EDP (powered by Smartsheet tool) provides a Dynamic vision across the different Business Units, teams and phases aligned to the Customer Experience Journey. The EDP Mission is to "Enable And Inspire Our Teams To Deliver Great Experiences Our Customers Love, Empowered By A Visible And Accurate Enterprise Experience Plan"

Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Create tools/dashboards to support Senior Leadership / Experience Teams needs, using Smartsheet tool
  • Establish and use performance measures/metrics for the Experiences Delivery Plan (throughput, churn, etc.)
  • Analytics supporting data integrity within the Experiences portfolio management system
  • Support maintaining an accurate record of the Customer Experiences prioritized and contained in the business plan
  • Thorough understanding of Ford Blue / Model e / Lincoln / Ford ProBrand framework and how to apply it to experience prioritization and delivery
  • Support compiling of information across skill teams to support Senior Leadership decision making on tough choices
  • Competent to use and contribute to continuous improvement of the Experiences data repository and management systems
  • Liaise with Delivery Teams, Vehicle Cycle Plan, Technology Cycle Plan, Functional Teams to validate links between planned experiences and the delivery of the constituent elements
  • Qualifications

    You'll have

  • 2+ years of experience with using Smartsheet /Jira/Rally tools ( JavaScript , API , SQL, HTML, Power BI coding, etc.)
  • Operational experience with demonstrated ability to work across skill teams to deliver agreed business objectives
  • Aptitude for detailed work and ability to retain complex information
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to think strategically
  • Strong understanding of measurement systems, Customer Experience metrics and operational Key Performance Indicators
  • Able to shift from big picture to detail, and vice-versa, and know when to do so
  • Strong critical thinking skills combined with ability to clearly communicate new concepts
  • Must have a desire and passion to improve Customer Experience and take action to modernize and simplify our business
  • Self-starter, capable of communicating across regions, and at all levels
  • Collaborator, Brave, Proactive Leader, Influencer, Creative, Strategic Thinker, Curious, Positive
  • Demonstrate leadership through influence. Ability to collaborate across the organization.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/products with a results-driven mentality
