Lockheed Martin's Global Security program is seeking a Transformation Project Manager to join our mission in Littleton, CO!
In this role you will drive change and gain unprecedented experience in the space & national security industry focusing on the planning, production, and operation of spacecraft in our dynamic and growing program. You will oversee a portfolio of projects advancing digital transformation and other program initiatives. This position will focus on innovation and driving change while overseeing multiple cross-functional, people-focused efforts.
This position requires an experienced and confident team builder with exceptional organizational, communication, and collaboration skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate an innate desire for personal growth, professional and technical curiosity, and problem-solving acumen.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
• Oversee multiple projects advancing digital transformation and other program initiatives. • Act as the focal point for driving change and posturing the program for accelerated growth in a dynamic and rapidly evolving technical and global security environment. • Identify and advance the implementation of digital transformation initiatives to increase program efficiencies across engineering and production functions. • Lead critical program-level initiatives with senior executive attention.
The successful candidate will typically have 9-15 years of professional experience. Considered an emerging authority.

Basic Qualifications: • Program/project management experience, familiarity with project management methodologies/tools, and demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects. • Experience leading cross-functional teams. • Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. • Top Secret clearance with an investigation within 6 years required prior to start. • Ability and willingness to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. Desired Skills: • Strong interest in technical / engineering issues and desire to expand professional knowledge. • Control Account Manager (CAM) experience. • Proficiency with collaboration and program management tools. • Experience in space or national security industries. • Experience with engineering and digital transformation projects. • Refined collaboration and communication skills. • Executive level verbal and written communication experience. • Experience leading training or knowledge continuity initiatives. • TS/SCI clearance with CI poly with an investigation within 6 years. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
