Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The successful candidate will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. The Technical Project Manager will work closely with all stakeholders to ensure that the project meets the client's goals and expectations.

Responsibilities and deliverables:
  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects.

  • Leads technical, unambiguous projects under supervision.

  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

  • Develop detailed project plans including resource allocation, budget, and time line.

  • Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, and develop contingency plans.

  • Develop and implement best practices and tools for project execution and management.

  • Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget and to the required level of quality.

  • Conduct project post-mortem evaluations and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Requirements

    Skills:

  • Technical knowledge: Should have a deep understanding of the technologies being used in their projects, including software, and network systems.

  • Project management skills: Must be able to plan, organize, and execute complex projects with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budget.

  • Communication skills: Should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including team members, customers, and executives.

  • Leadership skills: Technical Project Managers must be able to lead teams of technical professionals, inspire and motivate team members, and delegate tasks effectively.

  • Risk management skills: Should be able to identify and mitigate risks to project success, including technical risks, schedule risks, and budget risks.

  • Agile methodologies: Technical Project Managers should be familiar with Agile methodologies and be able to implement them effectively in technical projects.

  • Problem-solving skills: Must be able to identify and solve technical problems as they arise, including troubleshooting technical issues and debugging software.

  • Stakeholder management: Should be able to manage stakeholders effectively, including negotiating project scope and requirements, managing expectations, and providing regular project updates.

  • Experience:
  • Candidate should have 08 to 15 years of total work experience.

  • Candidate should have good communication skills.

  • Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline or equivalent work experience required;

  • Certification in Project Management will be an added advantage.
