About the team:

The preferred location for this position is in or around Robinhood's offices in Westlake, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Denver, CO; or Chicago, IL, with in-office work capabilities (as may be required by management) but remote work in limited geographies within the U.S. may be considered. We are looking for a Talent Management Specialist (TMS) to partner and collaborate with the talent management team and business leaders to develop, communicate, and implement learning programs and processes. You'll also be responsible for providing application administration and support for the Learning Management System (LMS) and its associated components (plug-ins and integrations). In collaboration with a variety of LMS business owners, you will assist teaching & learning applications in all facets of administration, documentation, and training.

The ideal candidate will maintain a strong customer focus, support a commitment to diversity, practice and promote teamwork, work independently, maintain confidentiality, adhere to high standards of personal conduct, and maintain and enhance professional/job competency.

What you'll do day-to-day:
  • Support roll-out of all learning tool functionality across teams, assess and solve for specific business needs, and coordinate with org learning teams on training initiatives to ensure aligned usage of tools and resources
  • Partner with learning vendor representatives to evolve product roadmaps, and coordinate annual vendor contract and systems review in conjunction with the People Systems Program Manager
  • Provide user acceptance testing (UAT) and support for any LMS application upgrades or enhancements
  • Advise and iterate on LMS, adult learning, and business-focused training best practices and support learning teams with course creation tools
  • Administrate tools and licenses for successful training programs and softwares (e.g. Powtoon, Articulate, etc.) and manage governance and oversight of all platform/tool admins
  • Support codification of learning intake and development processes, and advise on business impact of code-based functionality of content (SCORM, xAPI, etc)
  • Manage delivery of structured learning experiences and surveys; build dashboards, enable program leaders to monitor quality and impact of learning, and provide feedback to stakeholders regarding trainee performance
  • Support training logistics (calendar invites, virtual and in-person facilitation support)
  • About you:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
  • 3+ years of experience of LMS administration (Learnupon experience preferred)
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and analytical with strong project management skills
  • Work autonomously and problem-solve in ambiguous environments
  • Communicate complex technical problems, impacts, and solutions to non- technical audiences
  • Research and implement business-specific LMS needs alongside comparative analysis of industry-leading LMS/LRS
  • Relationship build/manage across an enterprise, influencing at the executive level
  • Roadmap development to align with larger learning and technology strategies
  • Bonus points:
  • Previous experience with LearnUpon and/or Workday
  • Previous experience with Looker and/or Google Data Studio
  • Previous experience conducting RFPs
  • Previous experience with xAPI implementation/statements
  • Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.
