About the team + role

Our Talent Management team builds the strategy and programs that fuel employee and leader ability to develop and succeed at Robinhood.

As a Talent Management Partner, you'll help define and implement programs across the talent lifecycle in service of driving a high-performance culture. By partnering with key stakeholders across multiple functions, you'll help set our Hoodies up for success in their roles and careers. We're looking for someone who has experience building and operationalizing talent management programs from start to finish.

It is preferred that this role is located in one of the office locations listed on this job description which will align with our in-office working environment. This position is only eligible for remote work in limited geographies within the US where we do not have physical office locations. What you'll do
  • Support defining and operationalizing key talent programs including performance management, talent reviews, succession and talent development planning
  • Diagnose and analyze current talent programs to identify gaps between actual and desired states and recommend best practice solutions for change
  • Test and iterate on new talent practices, collecting feedback from our leaders and employees broadly
  • Build employee resources and tools to support their development and ensure adoption of programs
  • Program manage a cross-functional team through key talent programs, like Performance Management
  • Collaborate with the People Partner team on the needs of the business and understand the reception and impact of talent programs
  • Critically assess our talent programs for inclusion and help ensure equity across our talent practices
  • Partner with the People Operations and Analytics teams to develop robust reporting and analytics capability that will help drive key insights and decision-making that supports high impact talent processes
  • Conduct benchmarking and research to stay abreast of talent management trends and best practices. Identify potential areas for improvement!
  • What you bring
  • 6-8 years of experience in talent management, HR operations, or top-tier management consulting in the people space
  • Strategic thinking and change management with demonstrated experience managing and designing talent processes that support a fast-paced and dynamic work environment (i.e., able to strategize, design, execute and flex effectively)
  • Proven experience owning and executing a performance program from design through implementation
  • Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Demonstrated success with synthesizing data, analyzing end to end processes and designing workflows to achieve desired outcomes
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across boundaries, managing multiple stakeholders with limited resources
  • Results-driven and adaptable in a rapidly changing, ambiguous environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood's equity plan.

    US Zone 1: $140000 - $165000 US Zone 2: $123000 - $145000 US Zone 3: $110000 - $129000

    Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. You can view comp zones for our US office locations in the table below. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
