In this position the successful candidate will be responsible for the development of training requirements and implementation of courseware to instruct Aircrew/Mission Planner functions, including simulation and scenarios used for customer training. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing highly creative training courses for existing and new systems. The ideal candidate will provide all aspects of aircrew training to the customer personnel at various locations. The successful candidate must have experience in utilizing technology-based multimedia applications applying both innovative concept and methodologies and technical skills, using multiple media tools for development of applicable courseware to include latest research trends in graphic design, software and training development techniques. Demonstrate Implementation of latest instructional design trends in graphic applicable training aids such as: flight simulators and various applicable part task training devices.
Selected applicant must have an Active Secret with a Background Investigation within the last five years to start in this position.
