Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Subcontract Administrator. In this role, you will develop and execute acquisition strategy, manage supplier relationships and deliverables, and integrate with other departments to achieve customer objectives. You will be a primary interface for Subcontract Management and Integrated Product Teams for the IFG F-16 Domestic Organization. Act as focal point for subcontractor/supplier interfaces and management. Prepare and submit metrics on Subcontractor performance. Develop subcontract specifications and negotiate requirements and scope. Resolve supplier performance issues. Research and evaluate qualifications of procurement sources. Conduct other ad-hoc assignments. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of sourcing, operations, logistics and/or planning.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require the ability to obtain a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Basic Qualifications: - Basic knowledge of supply chain management and/or procurement principles

- Bachelor's Degree; Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Distribution, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics or related field

- Willing to travel if required; usually (10%-15%)

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Desired Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment

The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
