In this position

Ford Performance is looking for an enthusiastic, talented professional to join their motorsports team. You will partner cross-functionally and with key external partners to build the Ford Performance business and brand. You will serve as a thought partner to Ford Performance leadership, strengthen community engagement and manage key strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter, be comfortable with ambiguity, and role model Our Ford+ Behaviors - Focus, Excellence and Collaboration.

In 1901, Henry Ford designed and built the racecar "Sweepstakes." On October 10 that year, he drove Sweepstakes against Alexander Winton, a famous racer and builder. Against all odds Ford won. That was the beginning - "the race that changed the world" - and it continues today. From our victories at Le Mans in 1966 and again fifty years later in 2016, to championships in NASCAR, World Rally Championship, and other series across the globe, the spirit of Henry Ford lives with us every day through our motorsports efforts around the world.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Help to build the "lifestyle" side of Ford Performance's business and brand, both within and beyond the traditional motorsports world
  • Identify, research, and evaluate new revenue streams for Ford Performance (e.g. merchandise, hospitality, etc.)
  • Identify, evaluate and execute new ways for Ford Performance to engage and monetize customers/fans
  • Execute the strategy to grow community engagement and strengthen the Ford Performance brand
  • Execute and manage strategic partnerships; aid in strategic evaluation and contract negotiations
  • Work cross-functionally, both within the Ford Performance and the broader Ford organization (e.g. product teams, marketing, etc.)
  • Qualifications

    You'll have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field of study.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in (finance, marketing, strategy, etc.)
  • Even better, you may have

  • Master's of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Experience working for top consulting firm
  • US passport required or the ability to obtain one
  • Experience developing robust financial analyses to support business strategies
  • Strategic mindset with an ability to be a thought partner to Ford Performance leadership
  • Experience developing customer-centric strategies to generate revenue and strengthen brands
  • Self-starter with a demonstrable comfort with ambiguity
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills, ability to quickly build trust and establish credibility
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving products
  • Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to requested schedules as needed
