About the Strategic Enablement Team

The Strategic Enablement team works on the Go-to-Market strategy and strategic partnerships across the Direct Users and Developers units at Consensys Software Inc., partnering closely with product teams and key actors in the Web3 ecosystem for non-repeatable initiatives. This team will also coordinate closely with Corporate Development, Marketing, Crypto Economics, and Developer relations teams.

About The Role

You'll work closely across the DirectU and DevU product team to help derive creative, valuable solutions for our customers, through insights from continuous discovery and data analysis. You will have the support of ConsenSys as a whole to help you execute at scale.

What you will do:

  • Enable product development, focusing on product discovery, hard to copy optimizations, economies of scale, and web 2/web3 convergence
  • Develop robust mechanisms and processes to improve
  • Cross Department Alignment of Go To Market OKRs
  • Feedback Loops between Market Partners and Product teams
  • Dissemination of relevant information along Product teams
  • Establish scalable processes, frameworks for business development alignment with product lines across direct users and developer united teams.
  • Work closely with the relevant stakeholders to develop playbooks for the mode of engagement between Business Development and the Partnerships, Professional Services and SDR teams to optimize top of funnel prioritization and establish uniformity across deals around choices regarding PS and Partnerships.
  • Establish BD processes, like in bound filters and funnels, to support scale and growth
  • Establish frameworks to evaluate and prioritize opportunities
  • Partner with product managers to understand user needs, product limitations, and needs for discovery partners
  • Cultivate industry connections to stay current on new developments.
  • Understand the vision and roadmaps for key clients and partners and where there is strategic alignment with Consensys Product teams and vision
  • working closely with key stakeholders to identify, assess, negotiate, and execute strategic non-repeatable deals in Web3

  • Have an established network with Leaders across the Web3 Ecosystem (Founders, CEO, CTOs, Heads of business units)
  • Have direct experience in relatable industry, i.e, Blockchain infrastructure, Financial Markets, or Entrepreneur building tech products and platforms
  • Experience in public speaking and being comfortable to participate in Panels, Keynotes or communications with media partners (as needed) to effectively represent both Consensys, our products and the wider Web3 Ecosystem
