Robinhood is looking for a Technical Program Manager to develop and drive high impact programs within our Infrastructure Engineering organization - which provides the critical infrastructure required for our product - spanning architecture, the software development lifecycle, cloud infrastructure, networking, online data processing, reliability and more.
The role will be centralized within our growing Technical Programs team, and will partner with the Infrastructure Engineering team to help craft programs to support their overall strategy, establish effective communication processes, build strong collaboration with cross functional partners across the org, and ultimately drive execution towards the team's goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to be agile and adapt to the growing needs of the business, and have the ability to help build the sustainable practices that lead to a successful team.What you'll do day-to-day:

The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood's equity plan.
US Zone 1: $191000 - $225000 US Zone 2: $168000 - $198000 US Zone 3: $150000 - $176000
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. You can view comp zones for our US office locations in the table below. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
