About the team + roleResearch has been central to our product development and business strategy since the very beginning - and our team continues to grow, along with our user base and product. Working with our product and marketing teams at Robinhood, you'll help us systematically understand how people interact with financial products and how they think and feel about money.
We are seeking a Staff Growth Researcher to join our team. You will partner with horizontal leadership across pillars and functions to identify growth opportunities throughout the customer journey and help strategize and define how Robinhood brings new customers to the platform. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves collaboration, and is curious and flexible. We often have one- to two-week turnarounds, which requires critical and creative thinking to move fast while maintaining rigor (and not burning out).

What you'll doBase pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood's equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
