Our team is part of the incredible transformation underway at Ford Motor Company and you'll have a chance to be a part of that movement. We are seeking an investigator with a passion for employee relations and conducting robust investigations in a dynamic environment who appreciates the important role employee relations professionals play in supporting our values and culture and will carry out duties with the highest integrity.
This role will be a hybrid role based at a supported local Ford facility, with expected occasional travel to other Ford facilities and as required, in some cases up to 20% of the time.
