Enterprise Technology plays a critical part in shaping the future of mobility. If you're looking for the chance to leverage advanced technology to redefine the transportation landscape, enhance the customer experience and improve people's lives, this is the opportunity for you. Join us and challenge your IT expertise and analytical skills to help create vehicles that are as smart as you are.

Consider joining Ford as a Senior Product Manager on our eCommerce team to create an excellent post-order experience that teaches customers what they need to know to get ready for their new vehicle, introduces them to things they may want to add to their order, and engages them to complete critical tasks on their path to delivery.

This role focuses on delivering business value to drive sales, improve efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction through the production of quality products. Sr PMs lead balanced teams of engineers and designers to deliver best-in-class software to our customers. They support in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization and support cross-functional product teams. They must be able to work at the strategic level (generating innovative ideas for growth, change management) and at the tactical level (analyzing data, solving problems, being a force multiplier and leader of their teams). The Sr PM is often responsible for products that are high-profile, more complex, and/or large in scope.

REMOTE: We're looking for the best talent, full stop. No matter where you are in the United States, if you're ready to change how customers expect to buy and own their vehicles, you can work from there on a permanent basis in this role, with expected travel to Dearborn, MI every three months.
