Job Description
The Software Engineer will be working on Global Test Data Management software application, using industry standards such as ASAM, to manage the efficient storage, access, search and retrieval of physical verification test data, from test cells and vehicles, to enable engineering quality and efficiency. The full stack software engineer will design and develop software and architect solutions using Java, SQL, Elastic and GCP technologies.
Responsibilities
Software Engineer is responsible but not limited to the following duties:
• Work on gathering the requirements from customer and designing the application functionality and services.
• Work with the team and business stakeholders to deliver quality products that meet customer's requirement and needs.
• Provide daily status in standups and report application issues or concerns to management.
• Lead and train junior developers in completion of tasks.
• Perform production support, debug code and resolve problems and incidents.
• Use monitoring tools to manage application performance and maintain application in production as per SLA.
• Work with agile methodology, CI/CD and TDD, using latest software coding practices and standards.
• Document work, share knowledge and best practices with team, as well as constantly upskill.
• Collaborate continuously with product managers and customers and release the product early and often.
Qualifications

Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
8 years hands on coding experience.
Experience with Java, Angular, Spring Boot, Elastic, SQL, Microservices, APIGEE, and cloud computing.
Working knowledge of Rally, TDD, CI/CD using Tekton, Test Automation and agile methodologies.
Knowledge of GCP technologies such as Big Table, Big Query, Cloud Run and AI/ML.
