What You'll Do
Take responsibility for the UX design process, defining best practices,
standards, and methodologies that enable us to deliver high-quality, user-
centered experiences consistently.
Manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment.
Take ownership of your work and demonstrate a proactive and self-driven
approach to problem-solving.
Communicate design concepts, rationale, and user insights effectively to
stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Present design solutions with confidence and clarity, advocating for user-
centered design principles.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product
managers, engineers, and brand partners, to drive consensus and achieve
project goals.
Resolve conflicts and disagreements constructively, fostering a positive
and collaborative work environment.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive team culture,
characterized by trust, respect, and openness.
Share knowledge, insights, and best practices with team members to foster
continuous learning and growth.
Drive innovation by exploring new ideas, technologies, and design trends
that have the potential to enhance our digital experiences and
differentiate our brands in the marketplace.
Apply systems thinking principles to design holistic, cohesive experiences
considering the entire user journey across multiple touchpoints and
channels.
Demonstrate mastery of visual design principles, creating engaging and
visually appealing interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically
pleasing.
Conduct usability testing and research to identify pain points and areas
for improvement, iterating on designs to optimize the user experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives,
identifying user needs and business requirements.
Use a data-driven approach to problem-solving, leveraging user research,
analytics, and feedback to inform design decisions.
What You Know
7-9 years of experience designing for web and mobile, with a strong
portfolio demonstrating your experience creating user-centered design
solutions.
Should have 3+ years of experience in Enterprise UX (Enterprise) /
Consumer design (Consumer)
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Excel, or other team
management tools.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Education
Education in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

$125-130k per year
