About the team + roleRobinhood's Technical Programs Department leads global engineering, quality, and planning initiatives across the business. We are looking for a Senior Technical Operations Manager to help establish how we work together as a 800+ person multi-organization engineering workforce. As a Senior Technical Operations Manager you will partner with managers and executive leaders within Engineering, and throughout Robinhood, to design and run programs that promote communication, unblock teams, and ensure we are building the right things at the right time. You will work with autonomy, understand partner needs, influence through writing and presentations, and collaborate across Robinhood. What you'll doThe expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood's equity plan.
US Zone 1: $136000 - $160000 US Zone 2: $120000 - $141000 US Zone 3: $106000 - $125000
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. You can view comp zones for our US office locations in the table below. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
