Our facility in Littleton, CO has an immediate opportunity for a senior staff level Program Planner to join our mission. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Bus and S&P Center of Excellence (COE) Team in Littleton. This role requires a dynamic Program Planner to develop, coordinate, maintain, and manage proposal schedules across a number of programs and subsystems. We operate in a fast-paced environment where you will need to work independently, resolve problems with minimal support, and drive actions to closure.
Summary of Key Duties: In this role, you will….
• Develop and accurately maintain detailed schedules for programs utilizing the COE Portfolio
• Develop detailed engineering schedules, ensuring that all required tasks are captured and readiness criteria leading up to key design reviews are satisfied and inter-dependencies are captured across subsystems and functions.
• Champion Common Product Schedules at both the Supplemental (Detailed) and Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) level propagating common schedule templates across all programs that utilize the COE component catalog
• Work with the COE Team to analyze schedule data and establish benchmarks for engineering cycle times.
• Team with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure that schedules are fully integrated and support the overall program plan
• Prepare reports, metrics, and make presentations as required

• Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance expertise

Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
