What You'll Do
This position is for a Senior Product Manager to develop a Product Roadmap
and Business Requirements.
The Product Manager will be tasked with innovating, designing, and
facilitating the agile implementation of product features to enhance the
user experience for multiple brands across Merchandising systems.
The ideal candidate will have Product Management experience Web Content
Management and Digital Asset Management systems.
Ideal candidates will also have experience with AEM Sites and Assets as a
Content Management System.
Work with various Business and IT eCommerce teams to facilitate and
implement the roadmap for our digital content and asset management
solutions across WSI Brands, including measuring feature effectiveness and
value
Improve brands team's ability to optimize online merchandising and
marketing strategies by providing easy-to-use tools and new CMS
capabilities that support our evolving business needs
Lead the definition, prioritization, intake, and scoping of CMS-related
initiatives, using all available data and resources to guide decision-
making
Serve as a liaison between Business and Technology teams to ensure CM
solutions meet business expectations with high adoption and satisfaction
rates
Partner with Technical Project Managers to lead the execution of projects
for various WSI brands
Serve as primary liaison between Technology, Creative, UI, and Business
teams
Attend project meetings and provide status reports to the business team
Facilitate troubleshooting and resolution of daily project issues
Acts as an owner, mentor, and product category expert. Builds strong
cross-functional relationships by approaching all interactions with an
entrepreneurial mindset.
What You Know
5-7 years of product management experience within a technology
organization
Experience in developing business requirements for system enhancements and
features, preferably within the merchandising field.
Proficiency in educating and facilitating discussions with brand teams and
stakeholders to drive consensus and action items.
Ability to develop high-level business requirements and detailed user
stories.
Strong recommendation and facilitation skills for cross-concept
initiatives and features.
Experience in defining and managing project scope and handling subsequent
change requests.
Familiarity with defining and implementing new processes related to new
features.
Capability to gather, track, and report metrics and key performance
indicators for new features and functionality.
Skill in educating the business team on new applications and processes,
and ensuring appropriate training.
Experience in evaluating operational efficiencies and suggesting business
process changes.
Proficiency in organizing and facilitating User Acceptance Testing.
Track record of effectively tracking and reporting issues and solutions,
with the ability to escalate when necessary.
Willingness to provide support to both business and IT teams as required.
Ability to operate a computer and communicate via telephone.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations
Management, Transportation or Business Administration
Compensation Band
$135-140k per year
