What You'll Do
The Senior Client Partner is responsible for all client interfaces within
the assigned account scope.
Needs to build an account plan and is responsible for client management
based on the account plan.
Usually, the Senior Client Partner handles a single account or part of a
large account, with an indicative annual book of business of up to $30
million
A strong background in sales and account management is desired.
This position demands an in-depth understanding of the client's business
needs and challenges, and the ability to offer proactive solutions.
This role requires a high level of client attention and support via
various communication methods and may include frequent regular meetings.
What You Know
10+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account
management experience
Significant business development and project management experience
Experience in the relevant industry/vertical
Track record of interacting and building relationships with different
level client contacts
Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal
presentations
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
Knowledge of industry-specific go-to-market solutions
Good understanding of industry-specific business issues and drivers
Global Delivery Model experience
Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
Track record as an Account Manager/Sr. Client Partner in a rapidly growing
client relationship
Develop strategic plans that align with client priorities and emphasize
tools and services that can improve efficiency, streamline processes, or
increase profits.
Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty
in lieu of every year of education and 10+ years of experience, with
strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
Education
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited
institution.

Compensation Band
$170-180K per year
