What you'll be responsible for:
Circle is looking for an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to support the design, implementation and operation of the Regulatory Compliance Program. As a member of the Compliance Programs team, you will help to create a central global function focused on developing a best in class compliance management system, which will support all regional and core compliance team functions. This team is responsible for risk management through a combination of development, assessment, and oversight of key compliance programs throughout Circle.
The Regulatory Compliance Manager will be responsible for the timely execution and submission of regulatory reports required in connection with Circle's payments licenses in the U.S. and international markets. In addition, you will support the development and execution of critical regulatory compliance programs (i.e. examinations, escheatment, customer protection). The right candidate will possess and demonstrate strong regulatory reporting knowledge and experience.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range: $130,000 - $170,000
Annual Bonus Target: 15%
Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy. We also provide 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
