Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying, engaging, and hiring top IT talent for our organization. Your expertise in sourcing, screening, and building relationships with candidates will contribute to our company's growth and success.​

Responsibilities and deliverables:
  • Involved in a full life cycle of recruiting including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiation, and closing.

  • Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.

  • Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant platforms for technical requirements.

  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.

  • Arranging telephonic, video, or in-person interviews.

  • Performing background and reference checks.

  • Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.

  • Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.

  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.

  • Forecasting recruitment budgets.

  • Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, and to prioritize competing demands effectively.

  • Requirements Skills:
  • Proven experience as an IT recruiter, with a minimum of 4+ years in recruiting technical roles.

  • Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skillsets, with the ability to evaluate technical qualifications.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (ZOHO)

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience:
  • Candidate should have 4-8 years of total work experience in recruitment only

  • Candidate should have good communication skills

  • Candidate should have experience hiring from campuses, Linkedin, and other job portals.

  • Candidate should be able to close the open positions within timeline

  • Qualification:
  • MBA in HR will be preferred.
