What would a day in your life @ Nium look like?

  • Greet customers and visitors in the office
  • Answer telephone calls and direct as needed
  • Assist with travel logistics including accommodation and taxis and keep updated records and reports
  • Assist with the coordination of weekly office perks (breakfast set up, daily fruit and snacks, any events and office gatherings etc.)
  • Coordinate office maintenance, cleaning and upkeep by liaising with maintenance and housekeeping staff, contractors and service providers and ensuring routine checks take place
  • Assist with the upkeep of stock, supplies and resources for colleagues
  • Arrange and implement office administrative systems such as security passes and visitor registration processes
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
  • Ensure health and safety policies are followed throughout the office
  • Other ad hoc office/facilities duties as may be required
