External Partnerships Analyst

Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Support internal customers to develop a variety of contracts with universities, government agencies entities and vendors, by facilitating communication with the pertinent teams like legal, finance and portfolio.
  • Identify contractual risks, communicate to management, and ensure necessary actions to mitigate risks are in place.
  • Work with Ford's finance department to maintain project budgets and monitors project expenses.
  • Work with Ford internal legal department to support proper documentation for government audits.
  • Develop detailed project plans, and workstream requirements, act as the source of truth for all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate responses to internal ad hoc data requests.
  • Qualifications

    You'll have.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of project management expereince
  • Even better, you may have

  • Master's Degree
  • Experience working with government grants
  • Autonomous self-starter with outstanding organizational and program management skills who's also a great collaborator.
  • Attention to detail, ability to flexibly prioritize and re-prioritize as needed.
  • Experience with external supplier/vendors management.
