Job SummaryAs a Quality Analyst Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing the quality assurance process for our AI software projects. You will lead a team of quality analysts and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure that our software meets high-quality standards. Your expertise in testing methodologies, attention to detail, and leadership skills will be vital in delivering exceptional products to our clients.
Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of quality analysts, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure team success.
Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for AI software and products.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and design appropriate testing protocols.
Perform and oversee various testing activities, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
Identify, document, and track software defects and work with development teams to resolve issues promptly.
Ensure all testing procedures adhere to established quality standards and best practices.
Analyze testing results and provide detailed reports on software quality and performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in AI software testing.
Continuously improve and innovate testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Communicate testing progress, challenges, and results to stakeholders and senior management.
Drive the adoption of automation tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech-CS/IT) or a Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) or an equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in a quality assurance role, with at least 5 years in software testing and 2 years in a lead position.
Knowledge of AI software testing methodologies and tools will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, pytest).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
