What you'll be responsible for:
Circle is looking for a Program Manager on our Business team. As a member of
the Circle Business team, you will play a critical role in helping our teams
execute our go-to-market strategy. You will work closely with Circle's
customer-facing teams, ensuring that Business Development, Sales Engineering,
Customer Success, Customer Care along with other cross functional teams have
the project leadership, process and information to be effective.You will lead
internal projects to align the Business and cross-functional teams. You will
influence change by implementing new programs to support the strategy
direction of the Business team.
What you'll work on:
Overseeing complex, cross-functional projects supporting Circle and
Business team goals this can include Business go-to-market activities or
scoping and leading complex client implementations
Leading internal process improvement initiatives and organize programs and
activities on behalf of of the Business team aligning to business strategy
Working closely with Business leadership to ensure important changes and
developments are communicated to Business team by leading communication
plans, internal meetings managing deliverables
Serve as Project Manager for the Commercial teams in the Americas and
LATAM region
Managing program reporting and develop metrics to evaluate and manage
internal programs identifying strengths and areas for improvement
Leading multiple projects at time, including projects involving multiple
time zones and international teams while being responsible for making sure
they're benefiting each other and aligning with overall business goals
Coaching and developing team members regarding project methodology,
management, communication strategy

What you'll bring to Circle:
12+ years of experience in a project or customer-facing implementation
role
Strong presentation and communication skills and the ability to
confidently lead meetings with all levels of management
Planning and implementation skills and you have the ability to schedule
and manage tasks effectively
Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Organizational and multitasking skills
A PMP certification
Experience using project management software like Coda, Monday.com a plus
A strong interest in the future of global payments and, preferably, a
background in Fintech
A natural curiosity and deep care for understanding the business strategy
of Circle customers
Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Apple MacOS preferred
