Job Description

The Body Software team is responsible for delivering the experiences our customer's desire. Program Management Analyst will be responsible for managing the global engineering projects and supporting the leadership team in administrative tasks, enabling Ford Motor Company to create must-have products and services.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineering and key business partners to identify and improve processes that affect Body Controls
  • Lead operational aspects of the engineering organization, not limited to but including communication, cadence management and SharePoint design
  • Support culture changes through action and example
  • Develop project plans, including work breakdown structures, activity assignments and project schedules.
  • Track Program Milestones and deliverable support
  • Drive Lessons Learned and Best Practice Upstream in Tools and Processes
  • Work across organization locally and globally
  • Schedule and lead meetings, set agendas, facilitate meetings
  • Set up and maintain organization structures
  • Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Global Program experience and experience working cross culturally
  • Understanding of the GPDS process and other quality delivery systems
  • Process development acumen and experience implementing newly developed processes
  • Experience in training others - both drafting and delivering training materials
  • Good organizational skills with ability to lead and manage diverse teams
  • Comfortable working on unstructured, open-ended assignments
  • Experience with Microsoft products - i.e. SharePoint, Visio and MS Project
  • Preferred - even better you will have:

  • May include experience outside PM work (e.g. PMT, NMP, VOCF)
  • Previous experience in Jira and other Atlassian tools
  • Experience in software deliverables and processes
  • Experience organizing and leading Webex meetings
