  • Lead user research and analysis to identify customer problems and desires along different customer journeys and use this knowledge to prioritize features across various journey touchpoints.
  • Craft comprehensive product roadmap and product requirements documents (PRD) to drive focus and clearly communicate product goals, requirements, and desired outcomes to designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Work with a high level of comfort in matrixed organizations, and in close partnership with cross-functional colleagues to bring products to market.
  • Establish success metrics/KPIs and ensure development of data pipelines that can be used to track, analyze, and improve your products.
  • Own end-to-end discovery and delivery of the products and services working with various stakeholders and validating product experience throughout the product lifecycle. This will include driving end-to-end design, development, marketing, safety and legal workstreams to de-risk and deliver value, usability, viability and feasibility.
  • Leading POC development to explore new technology solutions to fit the product space
  • Qualifications

    You'll have

  • Bachelor's degree in Software, Computer Science or another relevant technology discipline.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in product management (or a relevant role in UX Design, Product Design, User Research, or Software Engineering), owning end-to-end experience and bringing products to market.
  • 3+ years of experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
  • 1+ years of experience with Navigation or Location-Based Services
  • Even better, you may have

  • Master's degree in business, Software, Design or another relevant discipline
  • Experience in usability and customer-focused design
  • Experience working laterally across multiple business projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience and Passion for building great products, obsessing over each touchpoint in the customer journey and challenge constraints to deliver products and services that offer magical and engaging user experiences.
  • Highly effective communicator, ability to work with a team comprised of cross-functional internal and external stakeholders (design, research, data, software engineering, hardware engineering, marketing and legal).
  • Ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the product, as well as communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity - ability to remain focused and seek a path forward despite unexpected challenges.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills.
  • You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!
