About the role:
As a Product Designer for Platform Experience at Nium, you'll be responsible for the "first touch" UX for our B2B customers; for the UX of onboarding a new customer; all the way to the dashboards and portals that our customers and internal stakeholders use every day. You'll ensure our customer is represented in every aspect of the services we deliver, and will be a leader in human- centered design. In addition, you will be a key member of the team to advise us as we roll out any forward-facing online presence either as customer experience, education, or lead generation. Flexibility, communication, and a willingness to learn are of the highest importance.
