Your Role and Responsibilities

Pega Lead System Architect, IBM Corporation, Coppell, TX (Up to 100% telecommuting permitted): Participate in scratch level Pega design and implementation of the project. Participate in gathering and analyzing business/functional requirements. Translate business requirements and functional specifications into functional PRPC workflows. Conduct employee recruitment and interviews to build a Pega team to fulfill the increasing workload. Delegate tasks and responsibilities with team members. Serve as a go-to person for any architectural related needs. Conduct weekly session with clients to educate them on enterprise architecture to enable seamless transition of work to clients during roll-offs. Create the SQL connectors to connect to the external DB. Be involved in the migration process and build process for application on different environment. Understand product and product patch, rule resolution and GuardRails. Use the JavaScript methods in scenarios where out-of-box fails to serve. Append the different flow shapes like decision, fork, ticket, utility, sub flow, spin-off, assignment, flow action. Work in JavaScript and Java related tools. Utilize: Pega Rule Process Commander, Java, JavaScript, Oracle database, Database2 (DB2), Hypertext Markup Language (HTML). Required: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Pega Lead System Architect, IT Analyst or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing Pega Rule Process Commander, Java, JavaScript, Oracle database, Database2 (DB2), Hypertext Markup Language (HTML). Full time. V74.
