In this position.

  • Cultivate cross functional relationships with key stakeholders and business partners to facilitate development of business requirements supporting both Global and North American future state tools and processes. Be the voice of the business (customer) with IT counterparts with the ability to demonstrate strong leadership, move fast and excel in collaboration and communication.
  • Gather, prioritize, and align requirements enabling business initiatives across global and regional applications. Coordinate and prioritize input from IT & business to design applications / enhancements that minimize manual effort, optimizes system capability and reduces Company cost.
  • Coordinate/manage Order Fulfillment of XBU vehicles (primarily imports) across multiple teams including GOB/GODW, Global Trade Services (GTS), OMS/SOB, VOEdit, and OPS.
  • Responsibilities

    What you'll do.

  • Manage relationship and integrations with MP&L supporting ETA and transportation milestone data feeds into Order Fulfillment. Manage responsibilities as M&S business lead and contact for the VINView tool (dealer and Ford Pro vehicle tracking).
  • Provide administrative support to all application teams and coordinate/assist in analysis and resolution of both user and IT production issues.
  • Qualifications

    You'll have

    • Understanding of present state North American Order Fulfillment processes and tools.• Knowledge of GOB/GODW, OMS/SOB, SAMS, Vehicle Visibility / VIN View, XBU process (including Global Trade Services GTS), NAVIS, Distribution.• Experience in developing and implementing new processes and tools (applications).• 2-5 years Project Management experience; including but not limited to: managing dollar budgets, manage several projects and teams simultaneously and ability to interface with global teams and different time zones• Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management.• Possess analytical skills to build compelling and persuasive business case.• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.• Proficient in Excel, Power Point and Word.
