About the team + role

Robinhood is expanding its Say operations team and looking for a hardworking, entrepreneurial individual to work on a new operational challenge. This candidate will take point running the day-to-day of Robinhood's core investor communications processes.

This team is the backbone of our investor communication process and ensures information flows efficiently among public companies, broker-dealers, and investors every time. Your contributions will help public companies better reach, nurture, and understand their shareholders. This position will be instrumental in scaling Say's shareholder engagement platform and building deep, long-lasting relationships with the Issuer community.

What you'll do
  • Day-to-day management of investor communication product inputs, including proxy voting, prospectus delivery, corporate actions, and more
  • Utilizing and improving monitoring tools and reports to track performance and quality metrics to inform process improvements
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with rules and regulations applicable to Robinhood's operations
  • Analyzing complex legal and financial documents and translating them into meaningful insights in an organized manner
  • Working with outside parties in an accurate, timely, and professional manner
  • Working collaboratively with other team members from product, engineering, sales, and finance to improve operating processes and product development as Robinhood continues to increase efficiency across the investor communications ecosystem
  • What you bring
  • You have a familiarity with operations, customer support, or client services
  • You pride yourself on attention to detail, consistency, reliability, and constant improvement.
  • You make important decisions independently, but also know when to collaborate with managers and colleagues in a team environment.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are knowledgeable and hungry to learn more about financial technology, capital markets, and brokerage operations.
  • You have 1+ years of experience in operations or a similar function within financial services or technology
  • You are resourceful and adaptive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
  • You have strong critical thinking & creative problem solving skills
  • You possess strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with clients and third parties in a professional, consistent manner
  • You have experience with business intelligence and reporting tools like Domo, Tableau, Looker, etc.

  • The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood's equity plan.

    US Zone 1: $72000 - $85000 US Zone 2: $64000 - $75000 US Zone 3: $56000 - $66000

    Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. You can view comp zones for our US office locations in the table below. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
