The Ford Motor Credit Company team helps put people behind the wheels of great Ford and Lincoln vehicles. Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Design and deliver processes for managing headcount, financials, communications, and issues escalations to ensure senior leaders can operate effectively.
  • Collaborate key business partners to identify gaps and implement process changes
  • Apply business operations acumen to solve problems and address pain points for internal customers.
  • Develop project plans, define the business-related project/program scope, goals and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals
  • Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with executive leadership, function heads, finance, human resources, legal etc.
  • Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between the internal teams and/or external vendors
  • Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/ teams, with reinforcing quantitative measurements
  • Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables and results are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget and allocated resources
  • Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and reviews
  • Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of the projects/programs
  • Share and present work to cross-functional teams and executive leadership
  • Create a culture of knowledge sharing, inclusivity, transparent communication, and celebration of success and promote culture changes through action and example, using the Ford OS behaviors as a guide
  • Qualifications

    You'll have

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Excellent teamwork, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Successful Business Analysis and Project Management Implementations
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Jira
  • Even better, you may have

  • Bachelor of Science Degree
  • Experience using Power Automate & Flow Configuration
  • Ability to mentor others and create lessons learned / single point lessons
  • Familiar with security protocols and requirements of the automotive industry, and the concepts of Proprietary, Confidential and Secret data
