In this position

  • You will help the suppport the development of brand & communications strategies for Ford, Lincoln and FCSD to generate brand awareness.
  • You will get to work closely with agencies by providing approvals, revisions, and overseeing timelines.
  • You will get to work closely within new outlets such as Google, Facebook, Youtube, etc.
  • Responsibilities

    What you'll do

  • Support operations team in the region sales objectives and go to market strategy for NAEM Support the development of brand & communications strategies for Ford, Lincoln and FCSD to generate brand awareness and perception across the NAEM region.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day communications with (3) agencies by providing approvals, revisions, oversee timelines and that the deliverables are being sent on time.
  • Responsible for the NAEM websites (4) management, design and functionality. Liaison with product managers for content reviews and approvals.
  • Oversee NAEM monthly digital dashboard and campaign performances for Ford, Lincoln & FCSD.
  • Management of the Sharepoint Toolbox Platform by reviewing and approving marketing communications assets like campaigns, images, guidelines, etcthat are uploaded monthly to support NAEM dealers with their Tier 3 initiatives. Liaison between the agency and dealers by providing dealers access, yearly audits and trainings.
  • Support the eCKS team in all matters related to leads and projects in the Connect Platform like the implementation of new leads forms within new outlets like Google, Facebook, Youtube, etc
  • Lead and being the responsible for the IT marketing communications projects (Owners, FMA, Build Your Car, etc) by having continuous communication with different teams involved in each project (Agency/IT MX/IT India/IT US). Supporting, providing follow-ups and participating in weekly calls to achieve a successful implementation.
  • Qualifications

    You'll have

  • Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish) written and spoken.
  • Expertise of 10+ years in advertising and digital is required.
  • 5 years or more in automotive industry
  • Requires 10% travel within the NAEM region
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft 365 (word, excel, power point)
