Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven individual to join our dynamic marketing team as a Marketing Analyst. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in extracting meaningful insights from marketing data to inform strategic decision-making and optimize campaign performance. This position requires a blend of marketing expertise, statistical proficiency, and excellent communication skills.
Job ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret data from different tools related to marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends.
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on investment (ROI).
Provide recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
Synthesize and communicate findings to inform marketing strategy.
Develop and maintain regular reporting mechanisms to update stakeholders on marketing performance.
Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards that highlight key metrics and trends.
Plan and execute A/B testing initiatives to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
Analyze test results and provide insights for iterative improvements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies and achieve common goals.
Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience as a Marketing Analyst, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
Master's / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker Studio, Excel, and other relevant software.
Knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis will be an advantage
Excellent understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.
Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data interpretation.
