Job Description

This position is primarily responsible for being a key conduit within the operations team to Sales, Account Management, and our third-party suppliers. This role will own the relationship with our supplier partners and develop and implement new partners that align with our business goals. This role will also be responsible for building out client-facing analytics/consulting tools to help drive our current clients' Share of Wallet growth and support new business sales with our sales team.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Strategy & Planning: Representing the voice of customers in the product development process & assist the product team in ensuring we have the right third-party partners.
  • Partner with Sales & Account Management Teams to understand key data and consulting needs for our clients.
  • Develop Tools & Reports that allow clients to make data-driven decisions.
  • Research and mine source data to recommend visualizations to provide insight and understanding related to fleet performance.
  • Developing business growth initiatives and targets, cost reduction and supplier and client satisfaction results.
  • Establishing reporting on supplier performance as measured by scorecards and service level performance. Includes working collaboratively with operations teams to identify and resolve performance-related opportunities.
  • Supporting business growth, including cross-functional reviews of business performance, identification of growth opportunities, etc.
  • Qualifications

    What you will bring:

  • 5+ years' experience working for a Fleet Management Company
  • 3+ years' experience in managing a data/analytics team.
  • 3+ years of experience in building & supporting data-driven approaches and tools to support clients
  • Experienced in agile project management methodologies - Preferred
  • Highly motivated, self-starter who can think creatively and operate in a dynamic white space environment, specifically concerning solution development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building client relationships and effectively communicating with other team members.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to attend meetings and meet with fleet customers and dealers.
  • Ability to comfortably manage multiple projects with competing demands for resources under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical experience; experience with platform solutions such as PowerBI, Qlik, Alteryx, SQL, Snowflake, Smartsheet, Jira, RPA or related software solutions - Preferred
  • Crisp, insightful oral- and written-communication style and able to summarize, using data & supporting narrative across multiple formats
  • Ability to effectively navigate, collaborate, & communicate across cross- stakeholder teams and Subject Matter Experts within IT and Business/Operations. Must be adept at influencing across various level of the organization and storytelling to highlight value and inspire action.
