The People Matters organization at Ford plays a key role in ensuring a healthy work environment. The key role of this position will be to review, provide guidance on, and draft manufacturing-related performance and separation related documents. The role may also have responsibility for investigating individual matters, in addition to developing, interpreting, and providing advice to Human Resources, People Matters, management, and employees on applicable policies and investigations. This position also leverages data and other indicators to identify high-potential areas of concern within the workplace and implements proactive measures. The role will also eventually be responsible for managing the People Matters Intake team, properly assessing and triaging concerns. This position also leverages data and other indicators to identify high-potential areas of concern within the workplace and implements proactive measures.
