In this position

As the Lincoln Media Manager your role is to lead all aspects of Lincolns Cross Tier (National/Local) Media strategy and Planning in support of the Lincoln Brand and Nameplates (Navigator, Aviator, Nautilus and Corsair). This position is responsible for analyzing data, thinking creatively and developing innovative strategies to ensure media campaigns reach the right target audience in the most effective way possible. This position requires the individual to navigate effectively through complex issues, leveraging expertise, industry knowledge and brand business understanding to recommend solutions.

This role is hybrid out of Dearborn, MI.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Lead Lincoln Media Planning across all channels and Tiers to support the Business Plan objectives and Go-To-Market priorities
  • Develop Lincolns Upfront Strategy plan total Lincoln Media Budget (including Focus Audiences) and manage PO/Invoice process
  • Lead Shopper media planning for the in-market/shopper space including paid search, shopper education, digital retargeting/reinforcement/conquest, YouTube and third party shopping site partnerships
  • Manage Tier 1.5 media including local TV, local addressable digital, and overall Top Market recommendation
  • Develop focus audience strategy with cross functional agency partners (HudsonRouge/Zubi/Uniworld)
  • Works closely with cross functional with Lincoln Marketing Organization (Brand Managers, Tier I Content, Social, Lincoln.com, Tier III and CRM/Owner)
  • Ability to draw insights from Luxury customers to develop media tactics that reach Lincolns unique target client
  • Partner with GDIA/CIA/Consumer Connection Teams on Audience planning and development, SOV and MROI analyses and recommendations
  • Responsible for overall campaign/programmatic media optimizations; sharing insights with team for campaign improvements
  • Manage social media targeting, planning and buying, including disseminating platform best practices
  • Lead and develop a comprehensive Paid Search plan for all nameplates and align the messaging, branding, and user experience with Lincoln.com lead lead
  • Understanding of marketing and measurement methodologies and be comfortable drawing insights to make data driven recommendations
  • Qualifications

    You'll have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of media planning experience at Advertising Agency, Marketing or Brand experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with ad platforms: Google DV360/Campaign Manager, Adobe Analytics, Bing/Google Paid Search.
  • Even better, you may have

  • Experience leading agency teams and/or collaborating with agency teams (~8-10 agency heads).
  • Self-starter with ability to guide multiple projects with limited supervision and providing project updates along the way.
  • Excellent communications skills with ability and comfort presenting to Executive Leadership.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills, with the ability to tell a story with data.
