This is a remote position.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
Strategic Insight: Understand the intricacies of our key accounts, their industry, and business operations to provide tailored solutions.
Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts and ensure a high renewal rate.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges faced by the client promptly, ensuring their satisfaction and continued partnership.
Reporting: Monitor account metrics, provide regular updates to senior management, and continually refine strategies based on feedback and results.
Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations and ensure timely renewals.

Excellent communication skills with customers and team
Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service skills, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Based anywhere in the US
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:
Experience in working with AI technologies and platforms
Experience in sales positions or related fields
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
