Job ID: 630450BR Date posted: Mar. 13, 2023 Locations: Moorestown, New Jersey Description: This position is an internship with the Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) business area, supporting the Integrated Warfare Systems and Sensors (IWSS) line of business Strategy & Business Development (S&BD) team. The position will afford the selected candidate the opportunity to learn more about the business development function, and to build relationships within a truly dynamic team. The experience will include analyzing customer and internal data in support of key recommendations to transform our business operations. Additional projects will be tailored to fit our business need and the ideal candidate's individual development goals.
While this position is located in Moorestown, NJ the candidate experience will include telework (currently more than 50% of the time but subject to change). Basic Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in related Business subject matter or area of expertise in strong alignment with the scope of this position •Proficient with key office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). •Ability to analyze and tell a story with data. •Ability to present results of tasks to leadership. •Strong organization and project management skills. Desired Skills: •A cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher is preferred but not required. •Strong communication skills; written and verbal. •Hard-working and possess a desire to learn. •Eagerness to explore Business Development in alignment with career goals. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
