Responsibilities:
Provide daily IT remote and conference support for global clients, and solve daily problems of computer installation, configuration, upgrade and others
Responsible for regular support like printers, video conferences, network troubleshooting, etc.
Responsible for the management of employee account permissions
Antivirus and Security Incident Response
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors ,Complete work reports
Requirements:
College degree or above, major in computer and related, more than 1 year experience in desktop operation
Familiar with MacOS and Windows system, able to finish installation and troubleshoot independently
Able to work under heavy pressure,have good service conscious of custome, and on the principle of results and actions
Strong communication skills, good at teamwork, Actively thinking and learning
Fluent in china and English listening, speaking, reading and writing
