Job Description Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in handling off-boarding, onboarding, exit formalities, payroll, and other HR-related functions. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the HR operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the HR department.

Responsibilities and deliverables:
  • Conducting onboarding and off-boarding processes, including background checks, orientation programs, exit interviews, and necessary documentation.

  • Coordinating with different teams and departments to ensure seamless onboarding and off-boarding experiences.

  • Handling the payroll process and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.

  • Managing employee records and keeping track of the employee life cycle within the organization.

  • Managing HR-related operations, such as attendance, leave management, and employee engagement.

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and HR best practices.

  • Maintaining open communication with employees and addressing their queries and concerns.

  • Collaborating with the HR team to improve HR policies and procedures.

  • Maintaining employee relations and handling conflicts in a professional manner.

  • Handling any other HR-related tasks as required.

  • Requirements Skills:
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices.

  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.

  • Ability to handle HR operations and processes with minimal supervision.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in HR-related documentation.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Experience:
  • Candidate should have 1 - 2 years of total work experience.

  • Candidate should have good communication skills.

  • Qualification:

  • MBA in HR will be preferred.

  • Certification in HR/Payroll will be an added advantage.
