Key Responsibilities:We are seeking an experienced Head of System Operations to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our layer 2 blockchain platform. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and scalability of the system in production. You will work closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues, implement changes and upgrades, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to effectively manage a team.

The salary range for US-based candidates only will be determined throughout the interview process depending on experience and skills. Candidates should anticipate a base salary (not including bonus, equity or other benefits) of $USD$176,000 - $366,000
