The Ford Motor Credit Company team helps put people behind the wheels of great Ford and Lincoln vehicles. By partnering with dealerships, we provide financing, personalized service and professional expertise to five thousand dealers and more than four million customers in over one hundred countries around the world.

The Ford Pro FinSimple Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of CVC Dealers and Commercial Line of Credit (CLOC) Customers for their assigned Region. This will include working in a team-based environment with close connections to the Regional Team, Commercial Operations and Ford Pro partners to manage risk and grow volume and share within the Region. The FinSimple BDM will utilize technology to create efficiencies in a collaborative work environment. Some activities will include performing Joint Sales Calls, delivering share and volume objectives, increasing active CLOCs, promoting cross selling leads, and providing analysis and action-based strategies to support growth and consulting opportunities.

  • This is the fastest growing segment of the automotive lending space, and forsees continued growth at a large scale.
  • This is truly customer facing is a sales capacity and will allow to direct exposure to working directly with dealerships and consumers.
  • This will provide you the ability travel to dealerships across the region and interface with multiple prospective clients.
  • What you'll do

  • Work collaboratively with Commercial Fleet Manager (CFM) to achieve budgeted metrics through the development and execution of dealer level sales plans for maintaining and acquiring FinSimple and Ford Pro product business.
  • Make joint sales calls with Commercial Account Managers to prospective commercial customers to support and grow Ford Pro FinSimple products and services.
  • Work with dealership management teams and develop specific plans to leverage our commercial marketing plans and programs to generate sales opportunities. Effectively utilize sales incentive and promotion budgets to support achievement of objectives with assigned dealers.
  • Leverage performance consulting and utilize all available tools to monitor/review commercial sales, and commercial related dealership processes to identify opportunities, deliver meaningful recommendations and obtain commitment from dealership management to implement.
  • Provide in-dealership training to support dealership process improvement for the sale of commercial products.

  • Commercial Dealer Services Analyst / Dealer Services Analyst experience
  • Commercia Credit or Dealer Credit Analyst experience
