About the team + roleRobinhood's Account Servicing team is essential to supporting the growth of Robinhood and supporting our customers at critical points of their relationship with Robinhood. The team handles various account servicing tasks including application review, legal name changes, the estate process, and much more. As the first point of contact for most customers, we value customer understanding, emotional intelligence, and technical expertise.
Robinhood is seeking a Team Lead for its Estates and Transitional Services team. This is an individual contributor role where you'll help coach, train, and technically develop existing and new team members. You will serve as the primary point of contact for technical and procedural issues that may arise during estate, POA, and divorce processing. In addition to team coaching, you will contribute to building programs to help meet the demand of a growing customer base.
What you'll doThe expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood's equity plan.
US Zone 1: $81000 - $95000 US Zone 2: $71000 - $84000 US Zone 3: $63000 - $74000
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. You can view comp zones for our US office locations in the table below. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
